Before a single purchase order is placed we verify that the company you are dealing with is the company that will actually build your product. Factory Audits

On-site inspections performed by our own experienced professionals across Asia.

Our auditors visit the plant, walk the line and document what they see. Audits cover equipment and maintenance, workforce and shift structure, incoming material control, in-process checks, calibration records, storage conditions and ethical labour standards. You receive a scored report with photographs, a list of non-conformities and a practical corrective-action plan with deadlines we then follow up on.

Price Negotiation

We negotiate with the cost structure in front of us — material, labour, tooling amortisation, packaging, margin — rather than simply pressing for a lower number. Quality Control

Inspections before, during and after production — with full reporting at every stage.

Quality is managed as a process, not a final gate. We approve the golden sample, verify incoming materials, inspect during production while corrections are still cheap, and carry out AQL-based pre-shipment inspection on finished goods. Reports include measurements against your specification, functional test results and photographs, and reach you before the balance payment is released.

Logistics Management

Sea and air freight, customs clearance, warehousing and final-mile delivery.

Once goods are approved we take responsibility for moving them. We consolidate shipments from multiple factories, book sea or air freight according to your cost and timing constraints, prepare and check the documentation that customs will actually read, and manage clearance into the EU. Where useful we hold stock in bonded or third-party warehousing and release it against your call-offs.

Sometimes the problem is not the factory but the structure around it.
