Built in Paris. Trusted across Asia.
Trannovis is a leading international sourcing and procurement company headquartered in Paris, France.
For more than 13 years, we've been helping European businesses build reliable supply chains throughout Asia. Our mission is simple: give our clients access to trusted manufacturers while ensuring quality, transparency, competitive pricing, and dependable delivery.
What began as a three-person team sourcing consumer goods from southern China has grown into a full-service procurement partner with audited suppliers across seven Asian countries and clients in eight European markets. Along the way we brought quality control, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and warehouse coordination in-house — so that today a single Trannovis team can own your shipment from the factory floor all the way to your warehouse door.
Our multilingual sourcing specialists work directly with manufacturers, so our clients can focus on growing their business while we manage procurement — from SMEs to multinational corporations across Europe. We believe that trust in global trade is not given; it is earned, shipment by shipment, over years. That belief shapes how we choose suppliers, how we inspect orders, and how we communicate with the people who depend on us.
From a Paris office to a cross-continental supply chain.
Trannovis was founded in 2013 by a small group of sourcing professionals who had spent years on the ground in Asian manufacturing hubs. They had seen firsthand how European companies — especially growing ones — struggled to turn factory contacts into dependable supply: quality was inconsistent, communication broke down across language and time zones, and no one seemed to own the moment something went wrong.
The founding idea was deceptively simple. Rather than act as a trading company that buys low and sells high, Trannovis would work as a transparent partner — paid to find the right manufacturer, verify the quality, and coordinate the delivery, with the client always knowing exactly what was happening and why. That principle required us to put people on the ground in Asia, and in 2015 we opened our first permanent team in Shenzhen.
Having native-speaking quality engineers inside the factories we audit changed everything. Defect rates fell, lead times became predictable, and our clients began to trust that a Trannovis shipment would actually meet specification. Over the following years we extended the same model into Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia — each time building a vetted network before we ever quoted a price.
As clients asked us to manage more of their supply chain, we grew into the parts of the process that traditionally fail at the seams. In 2020 we brought freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and warehouse coordination fully in-house, and in 2022 we launched our sustainability programme so that environmental and social responsibility could be measured against real data rather than promises.
Today, Trannovis is a full-service international sourcing company. We have spent more than a decade quietly building the relationships, the processes, and the technology that let European companies compete globally without building a sourcing department of their own — and we are only getting started.
Thirteen years of building trust, one shipment at a time.
Trannovis opens its first office in the French capital with a founding team of three sourcing specialists, initially focused on consumer goods from southern China.
We establish a permanent presence in Shenzhen, placing native-speaking quality engineers inside the factories we audit — a decision that cut defect rates for our earliest clients by more than half.
Beyond consumer goods, we begin sourcing industrial equipment, automotive components, and OEM parts, extending our network into Taiwan and South Korea for precision manufacturing.
As companies began diversifying away from single-country dependence, we built vetted supplier networks in Vietnam and Thailand, enabling our clients to split production across borders from day one.
We bring freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and warehouse coordination fully in-house so that a single Trannovis team owns the shipment from the factory floor to the client's warehouse.
We introduce supplier environmental scoring, third-party social audits, and carbon estimates for every sea and air freight quote — making responsible sourcing measurable rather than aspirational.
Our audited network crosses five hundred manufacturers across seven countries, covering everything from electronics and medical supplies to renewable-energy components and smart-home technology.
We deploy an internal platform that combines live freight rates, tariff data, and supplier performance history to give clients indicative pricing and realistic timelines within days, not weeks.
Seven countries. One audited standard.
Our supplier network is not a directory — it is a set of relationships built and maintained over years. Every manufacturer in it has been visited by a Trannovis team, audited against a consistent scorecard, and re-assessed on a rolling schedule. We do not list a factory we have not stood inside.

A process designed around your risk, not our convenience.
Global sourcing fails at the boundaries — between supplier and inspector, between freight and customs, between promise and reality. Our four-step approach exists to remove those boundaries.
- 01Listen before we quoteEvery engagement starts with a deep brief — your product, your volumes, your quality bar, your timeline. We will not propose a supplier until we understand the constraints that actually matter to you.
- 02Source with proofWe shortlist from our audited network and present manufacturers with real track records, not glossy catalogues. Each recommendation comes with factory audit results, capacity data, and sample history.
- 03Inspect before it shipsIndependent Trannovis engineers check every order against your specification at the factory, not at the port. Defects are caught and corrected before they become your problem.
- 04Coordinate door to doorOne team owns freight, customs, and delivery — sea, air, or combined — so nothing falls between the cracks of multiple vendors. You track one shipment, not seven handoffs.
To become Europe's most trusted global sourcing partner.
By creating efficient, transparent, and sustainable supply chains that connect businesses with the world's leading manufacturers — we help European companies compete globally without compromise.
We see a future in which sourcing is no longer opaque. Where a client can see the factory, the freight, the carbon, and the cost in one place; where diversification across countries is the default rather than a crisis response; and where a Paris-based team and a Shenzhen-based team are simply two halves of the same conversation. That is the Trannovis we are building.
Four principles that shape every decision.
Every sourcing decision is built on transparency and honesty. We disclose supplier margins, quality risks, and true landed costs — never obscuring the realities of global trade behind optimistic estimates.
We build long-term partnerships with clients and suppliers alike, measured in years rather than transactions. Many of our manufacturers have worked with us since the company's earliest years.
We continuously improve strategies through technology and market intelligence — from real-time freight tracking to predictive cost modelling that anticipates tariff shifts before they hit the invoice.
Every shipment meets our standards before reaching our clients. Our independent inspection teams check the product, the packaging, and the documentation against your specification — not a generic checklist.
