Electronics is where sourcing goes wrong fastest: a substituted capacitor, an undeclared firmware change or an expired certificate can turn a profitable launch into a recall. We work at component level — reviewing your BOM, flagging obsolescence and single-source risk, and matching each build to a factory with the right SMT capacity, test coverage and export history. Samples are functionally tested before tooling is cut, and every production run is checked against the approved golden sample.

Industrial buyers need capability evidence, not brochures. Our auditors walk the shop floor to confirm machine list, tonnage, welding qualifications, calibration records and in-house finishing before a supplier reaches your shortlist. We handle drawing-driven parts with tight tolerances, manage first-article approval, and supervise export packing on items where transit damage — not manufacturing — is the real risk.

Automotive tolerances leave no room for approximate suppliers. We prioritise factories with IATF 16949 systems or equivalent discipline, insist on documented process control, and structure approval around PPAP-style evidence: control plans, capability studies, material certificates and measurement reports. For aftermarket ranges we manage fitment validation and packaging so parts arrive shelf-ready for European distributors.

Medical
Medical devices, consumables and healthcare products under regulated frameworks.
In medical sourcing the documentation is the product. We restrict shortlists to manufacturers operating genuine ISO 13485 quality systems with cleanroom capability where the device requires it, validate certificates directly with issuing bodies, and confirm material traceability from resin lot to finished unit. Technical files, biocompatibility data and sterilisation validation are collected during qualification rather than chased after the order.

Renewable Energy

Energy hardware carries long warranty exposure, so supplier stability matters as much as price.
